ABOUT DR. ANKAN GUPTA

Dr. Ankan Gupta is a Professor of Dermatology, currently advancing his expertise at the historic Blacktown Dermatology in Sydney. With a rich career dedicated to academia, he spent the majority of his professional life at the prestigious Christian Medical College in Vellore, one of India's premier medical institutions.

Dr. Gupta's journey in dermatology began with exceptional academic achievements, earning a Gold Medal in his MD Dermatology exam from BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad. Throughout his training, Dr. Gupta earned several accolades, including Best Outgoing Dermatology PG at the National TYSA Championship. He also emerged victorious in multiple quizzes and PG programs during his residency, such as the National PG Quizzes in ADDQ-ACSICON, ASICON, and others. A graduate of the esteemed Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Dr. Gupta secured All India Rank 15 in the highly competitive entrance examination.
